I frequent this branch often, and I’ve never experienced a problem until today. The teller working the drive up on 4/9/2024 at 1:50 pm with the long blonde hair was extremely rude for seemingly no reason. Maybe she shouldn’t work with the public if she can’t keep her attitude in check. What a dissatisfying experience. I’ll go to a different bank from now on.

Never had such a poor experience with an "office manager" before. Absolutely no empathy or care for people having a hard time or needing some grace. I never even really got a chance to speak because she bulldozed me until I was upset and tearful. My money will be taken elsewhere.

I've been here and have had good experiences. I'm sorry to see the negative reviews at this bank. I hope this location is working to improve their service so all customer feel supported and satisfied. People first.

The people working there are rude. When you cant get change or break a bill because you dont have account. What does having account have to do with breaking a 100 or buying change. Its all about them making money.
