This is my closest first merchant's near my home. Everytime I go to use the atm it is broken.. Only other one is clear across town ..Its sooo inconvenient and costing me money due to having go to gas station to withdraw money(would cost more driving across town in gas)

Horrible business model. Everyone is behind closed doors, no one takes calls or takes ownership. They are under their own little rock and refuse to adapt to the current day and age. I'll take my business elsewhere.
