FedEx supposedly came to my house to deliver my package that is the replacement iPhone since I shattered the back of mine and I clearly told the Verizon claims that I didn’t need a requirement of a signature for the package but apparently a signature was required but the FedEx guy NEVER attempted to ring my doorbell or knock on my front door. I’m sorry but if you’re going to work for a company that delivers packages you need to ring the customers doorbell and knock on the door if a package requires a signature

I would love to know who I could reach out to in order to pass on a compliment and thank you in reference to a driver. I wasn't at home to sign for a package do to a shipping update. By the time I got to my doorbell camera she was walking down down the driveway but she heard me. I told her what happened and instead of further delaying the delivery. She said she could come back in 30 mins to redeliver when someone could get there. And she did just that. And even though it was probably a delay and inconvenience to her she was authentically nice about it.

My FedEx couldn’t be bothered to wait until I answered my apartment door buzzer to make sure I was home. Instead they just left my medical supplies out on the sidewalk outside of my downtown apartment outer door. I’m not impressed with the service I have gotten from FedEx drivers.

Terrible customer service. I left a large sign on door that I was home and to ring the door bell. I have a large house but VERY loud door bell. Driver did not ring bell and left tag. I called customer service twice. I live in Swayzee and was told I could drive to Muncie, an hour away, to pick envelope up. Could barely understand agent's English. Asked for a supervisor and was told no, both times I called. I will NEVER EVER use FedEx again. Frustrated as I have been waiting for this package, knew it was coming, and made provisions so that I could get it today because I knew I would have to sign for it. Driver seemed to be in too much of a hurry and didn't want to wait for a signature. Now I have to go get it. It could have been sent by regular mail and I'd have received it with less trouble.

Unfortunately they couldn't ship my expedited package when it arrived at 9am on Saturday saying (delay closed business) it's been delayed at two different fedex locations. Like I hate the post office but they would've got it delivered faster than FedEx
