I rented a U-Haul van for two days and on the second morning they reported it stolen I will never do after hours pickup again I was in the hospital so there was no paper trail they tried to say after my husband got the keys with the code he cancelled the reservation which I don't think is even possible so I lost a days worth of use and have to try to get someone to look at my U-Haul info to get my husband out of jail

DJs went above and beyond with regard to helping my son with our vehicle he has at BSU. I’ve never had such personable service. There were special circumstances and DJs took care of all it. I highly recommend you call DJs before considering anywhere else!

Not sure how much to say about towing other than was it 1) timely 2) ok cost and 3) not damaged in transit. I needed to have my mother in law's car towed to my house for some work and scheduled a pickup. Arrived on time, friendly enough kid, got vehicle towed about 15 minutes away and charged $80. Good enough for me and will call them again if needed.
