I'm only giving this place one star because it doesn't give me the option for zero. Terrible company to deal with. Road hazard is a scam. I have it on my car and have been needing to get a flat tire repaired for weeks. Every time I have checked the wait time is multiple hours. And not once when I called in to check the wait time did they give me the option to make an appointment. I'll never do business with this company again.

They don't stand behind what they say. What they say it may or may not be what they mean. Ordered and scheduled Wheels tires for two vehicles totalling around $3,000. Said it would be in by a certain time. A couple of days before that time arrived I called and they still hadn't received the items and then told me well sorry we can't do the price we quoted you. I assume that's why they hadn't received my items in. They could have just called me and let me know that they couldn't fulfill my order at the quoted price or better yet just told me from the beginning so I could have ordered it from somewhere else since. Instead I wasted a week. The sad thing is that I spoke to four different people and they all told me yes the tires are on their way the wheels are on their way. I needed this done within a certain amount of time. Instead they backed out. Luckily I was able to call Belle Tire and they would match the price that Discount had quoted me and even go a little bit lower. And they would get this all done within 2 days so I didn't have to wait the week or two that I was quoted by Discount Tire. Or have to wonder if I'm being lied to then to find out they never ordered it. Save yourself some trouble if you're trying to get a good deal and just go to Belle tire. I'm done with Discount Tire! What I had ordered were American Racing wheels that's a BF good Bridge tires for two different vehicles

The only reason I'm leaving a one star review is because you can't give a zero! Horrible customer service! Spend over 3 hours waiting for my vehicle to have new tires put on. And paid in advance just to return and find my vehicle still hasn't been touched! And they are more concerned about taking tire repair customers rather than taking care of a customer spending hundreds on four new ones! All while watching three employees literally walk around in circles for over an hour and didn't touch a single vehicle or tool! My recommendation is go to bell tire, they have me in and out in less than an hour no appointment needed and they are ALWAYS cheaper with exceptional customers service!

Called on the phone before I drove across town. Was told 90 for a tire. They said they had it in stock. Not only did they not have it but they wanted 180 for the same tire. Wasted time and gas
Edit went to stuby tire and got taken care of. Wont ever use discount tire again so no reason to send an apology message that is ai generated

I have used Discount Tire in Muncie for years now. Several vehicles, many different types, a crashed car and many tires later they still have my trust. Each time I go with a simply tire patch they don't charge me a thing, they also don't charge for checking my tire pressure. They are fair on pricing but the ultimately test for my loyalty is how they actually care about what I am doing. I have a spending problem, they help me with that LOL. They have spent hours with me picking the right rim for the new car, they have matched tires, fixed tires, fit me in last minute and super fast. While I can't say the same for ALL discount tires, this one is actually on point. At one point they worked with me over the course of weeks to diagnose the smallest wheel wobble after I installed some new rims on my trick. They mounted and remounted the tires until we eventually discovered the most minuscule bend in one of the rims, they replaced it at no cost and I was on my way. I may be a little overly attached to my tire folks, but they have earned it.
