I had a unique glass window situation and even though Jan Walker couldn't source a supplier, she continued to work diligently to find a solution for me even though she knew she wasn't going to get the business. I really hope I have a reason to work with Delaware Glass again soon. I felt like a priority customer even after they knew I wasn't going to be a customer, who ever heard of that? Thank you DGM!

I would NOT recommend them and we will find another company for any and all glass work we need in the future. The store front is beautiful and at first I did receive great customer service. I dropped off a storm window on a Friday and was told it would be ready on Monday or that I would get a call. Monday came and went with no call. I finally called on Wednesday and was told they were very busy but that my window was on the work table and they would call me tomorrow. Thursday no call. Friday I got the call late in the day that it was ready. I was not able to get there before they closed at 4. I Picked up the window on Monday. The work was poor at best. I did not expect a new window but I certainly didn't expect that there would be sloppy caulking, flared edges, and it not be consistent with how I brought the piece in. If you have every dealt with storm windows you know, one they are a pain and two, they fit just right. When I brought this to their attention I was told that is how they have always done it. Well guess what...it would not fit back in to the frame with the work they had done. My husband had to spend thirty minutes adjusting the window and the frame to make it work. I guess if the work you bring to them isnt a big job (my window cost 12$ to fix) they dont think they need to have a quick turnaround or do good job.

I purchased a glass table top and the service was excellent. When I inquired about the glass, they were quick to respond with a quote and I had the glass within a week or so. Jordan even delivered the glass to my house and put it on the table base for me. I would definitely recommend them!

Had a pane of beveled glass in our 110 year old front door break. Delaware came out to fix it and it is a PERFECT match to our beautiful vintage door! Thanks guys!
