I've stayed many times coming to town for work. I've always enjoyed my stay. Rooms are clean, showers are generally hot, service has always been great at check in/out, and the hotel is walking distance from some good places downtown. (Go try the Caffeinery!)I've reviewed the hotel before as a 4*, but, time and time again that I've stayed here, I have never had a clean coffee machine in my room. If the inside of the tanks and nozzle dispensing the water are that dirty, I wouldn't trust the tubing for the water at all. I've called to guest services on prior visits and they sent me a replacement, it was as dirty if not worse. I called them back and they sent another one, same deal. So I called again and said don't bother.So now on this visit, I don't know why I expected it to be any different, but decided to try and make a cup of decaf tonight to warm up... Opened the lid to dump my water in and..... I forgot where I was. So I drove over to McDonald's and got a cup there instead.Quality and comfortable hotel right downtown, with a few unusable amenities.

Beautiful hotel. But the room temp is centalized. I like to sleep cold 62-66 and it cannot be adjusted. You can be trusted with your temp control at motel 6 but not $120.00/night Marriott...odd.

Beautiful stunning hotel. Front desk handicap worker is a beautiful soul he was so special to us. Sweet guy and I will go back just because of him that's how cool he was. God bless

The hotel seemed nice and clean. I had reservations for our room at least 2 weeks ahead of time. I reserved a room with a couch! I got a handicap room instead and right in front of the elevators. Was very disappointed about the pool and the area. The pool was Ice cold and no hot tub. I had planned on taking my granddaughters swimming!Not sure if I would stay there again or rather mayne stay in Indianapolis next time.

Lady at front desk was.very short and abrupt Friday afternoon. But a nice gentleman quickly helped.me.amd.took over getting us checked in. He even accommodated are need for a special roomRooms: The rooms were super nice and We had a great view of downtownFood & drinks: The 1925 pub food was good. TR hey didn't have enough staff to accommodate a convention

An absolutely beautiful hotel. I was there for a conference and it being connected to both the children's museum and the conference center was an incredible bonus. The room I had was beautiful, with a modern layout that included an abundance of outlets (USB included) near the bed and around the room which was a breath of fresh air, at least for the hotels I've been to over the past few years.The location is great - physical safety, food options, old parts of MuncieNoteworthy details: My only criticism is the lack of signage inside. At first I walked down the wrong hallway for the elevator, as there aren't too many directional signs in the lobby, but it was a simple find and no more problems after that!

Absolutely amazing rooms the entire hotel was clean and Absolutely beautiful. Will return again for another relaxing getaway!! Arrived around midnight and the parking was easy to find with 8ft ceilings in the parking garage, enough room for trucks. The room was clean and everything was perfect.

Pleasantly surprised at the supreme quality of this hotel!Courtyard by Marriott is usually a reliable choice and this location did the trademark justice. Quality rooms with ample space and a very clean spot that makes you feel at home. The staff here are incredibly friendly and were really helpful anytime I needed anything.Definitely a quality hotel room I’d recommend for anyone visiting from out of town!

Always clean. Check in and out smooth. Great place. Quiet and peaceful. Only con I see is no continental breakfast like all other courtyards and Marriotts.Food & drinks: Have to pay to get coffee or a small snack.
