In preparation for a cross-country driving trip to ferry a vehicle I purchased from a Dealer in Montana back to Pennsylvania, I booked a Stay in Muncie at this hotel! I checked in around 7:45 PM on Tuesday, Nover 21st about 15 minutes ahead of my estimated arrival time, immediately, I proceeded to my room #308 on the third floor. Upon arrival at my room instantly noticed a lot of loud noise emanating from the room directly across the hall, room #307. The noise was extremely disturbing and loud, I can only liken it to a Domestic Disturbance with Loud Banging from within the room coupled with Loud Yelling by both a male and female voice, and loud slamming of the entry door to the hallway. This noise kept up until after 10:00 PM at which time I phoned the front desk on my room phone to make a complaint. This call prompted the arrival of the local police department dispatching officers to the room at approx. 12:45 AM who proceeded to knock loudly on the door because the room occupants did not answer for a long time. The following morning upon checking out I complained to the on-duty front desk clerk seeking recompense for the lost night of sleep I paid for who informed me I would have to speak to the Manager when they came in at nine! of course, I had to get on the road as I was billeting 12 hours a day for driving as I was on not a tight but strict schedule. The whole purpose of paying for a hotel room of this caliber while on a road trip is to get a good night's rest, shower in the am, and have a quick continental breakfast before hitting the road on the next leg of your journey. Which in my case was the last push for PA and final leg and most crucial! Upon arriving home I placed several calls to the corporate management office, as well as, emails and several to this specific location, and left a message with the desk girl for "Molly" the manager to call me back. All written and phone correspondence went ignored and now I am forced to file a Civil Case in small claims court where I live against them for recompense due to their extremely unprofessional and disrespectful approach to guest services! A return trip to my vehicle in the parking lot allowed me to notice 8-10 other traveler's vehicles at that location spending the night and there was no reason to stack us on top of one another in the rooms in the first place! They're all smiles when you're booking the reservation while trip planning from home and taking your money, but, it's, "go eff yourself" when you have a serious problem and want to be made whole again! Never stay here again, avoid this establishment like the plague if you're in the area!!!

Room was fine but light beside my bed was out or doesn't work, ice machine didn't work which was a big inconvenience. Probably stay somewhere else next time. Stayed here exactly a month later ice machine is still broke...smh...that's just crazy...won't be a 3rd timeNoteworthy details: Short walk to places to eat.

Stayed here for a business trip. Room was super clean, and really, that's the main thing. Road noise I thought was low, I even had to sleep during the day and didn't hear any. They serve breakfast, which for a free hotel breakfast, I thought, was really good.

Without a doubt the best lower cost place to stay in Muncie. Don't waste your sleep on the Quality Inn. Comfort inn is twice as nice. Great breakfast too.

I am a Choice Privileges member and make reservation on app. I always ask for high floor rooms to avoid people stomping around over us when going to sleep. The girl told me they didn’t have any more upper level king rooms and I’d have to take a 1st floor room. I had two spiders in my room. One spider fell into the bathroom sink There were webs on the lights over the sink. And there was noise from the room over us. I could see dust on the headboard also. The boy checking out this morning had on a big sleeveless shirt and was not properly dressed for work and his girlfriend hanging on the counter playing. So unprofessional for a business The bed was good, I slept ok. The shower had good pressure and was a good shower head. I don’t like the cheap coffee they have in their rooms. I Don’t recommend this hotel in Muncie. ??

Was charged $300 for a 2 bedroom room that had the smell of the last tenants bodily fluids. I've seen better hotels in 3rd world countries. Also, charged more than is legally allowed by Indiana state law. Maximum rate for the room is $250. Manager needs fired that was responsible. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I kept my receipt. Will email corporate.

Absolutely not a place I’d stay again. The access to cable tv had to be turned off and on by the attendant - I literally had to walk downstairs to get them to come in the room. The doors slammed all night kept you up. Paper thin walls you hear everything at night. It smelled horrible in the halls and room. I would never. Never again stay. The cost is not worth it at all.

I've stayed here on a few Muncie trips now and I'm very happy with it. Clean, comfortable, and the rooms have microwaves and mini fridges and are surprisingly roomy. I definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at this location this past fall. The stay itself was not bad. There was mold in the bathroom, toilet ran, & slapshod of caulking around the tub but I thought heck I'm only sleeping here. It wasn't until we checked out that problem began. A day or two after our departure, we were charged an additional charge of $50. At first I thought nothing of it, it was a delayed hold placed on my card & would soon fall off as normal. After a week of waiting, I became concerned & called. I was informed this was a room cleaning fee & I had left whip cream all over the room. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed she was on another line & would call me back. This went on for over a month with excuses varying from she's working from home, she ran out for supplies, she went home sick, & the always popular: she's on the other line. I ,even, requested that they simply email me photographic evidence of their claims to no avail. After a month of the runaround, I reported it as a fraud to my credit card company. Long story short, I got charged back $50 because apparently she could contact them.

I made reservations on December 2 for the 11-19th. I get to the hotel which seems pretty nice from the outside. As we get to the service desk. The clerk tells us that they only have rooms on the third floor and the elevator is out of service and has been for over month and they have no idea when it will be operational. !!, mind you it's already 8pm. Just wanted to warn everyone.
