The tellers here are the best! The friendliest bank staff I've ever met. I come in roughly 5-6 days a week for work and they are always so kind. I look forward to going here every time because I know it will be a fast, pleasant experience!

Short story: don’t go here.
Long story: I’m 16 and got my first job. I went into Chase bank to open a checking account. I had previously had a Chase first banking account and debit card. The employee I spoke to connected my new checking account to my Chase first banking debit card rather than ordering me a new card, and called me back days later telling me that that wasn’t possible (which had been causing my card to decline everywhere for a few days). He had also closed my Chase first banking account. So not only do I not have a card for my checking account, but also the card I had previously is not useable. This left me without a form of payment. It has been just shy of a month now and I have no form of payment to use. I haven’t been able to get food or gas. Luckily, I have my parents for help, but what if I was someone else and didn’t? This bank left me completely screwed over. I was asked to come back into Chase multiple times, and every time I’ve been in no one could help me, even with manager involvement. The solution ended up being to call a hotline and order a card. How simple is that? I went a month without any form of payment available to me and without access to my checking account. One month no card, two months worth of checks. Opening a checking account is one of the simplest functions of a bank. If they can’t do this, why would you trust them? This has been a horrible and unnecessarily idiotic experience. It somehow seemed like every single employee felt like it wasn’t their problem. My biggest complaint is how long this has been dragged on, and how unwilling the staff are to assist you. They have left me hanging here, and even upon going into the store they’re not any more help. Horrible customer service, seemingly 0 competent employees, lousy “bank.”

Worst company ever. Closed my account after 15 years and won't tell me why and won't let me withdraw my funds. Erin lindell is the worst person to deal with there. It was very clear she didn't care.

I deposited a check 2 weeks ago. I called and got 5 different answers on why it was on hold. I called to get my debit limit increased and was on the phone for 30 minutes and got transferred to 4 different people. Almost to the point of cancelling my acct. it’s like pulling teeth to get access to MY money.

Tried to deposit $40 cash in my daughter's account and they would not accept cash! I had my ID and her account number. A BANK THAT WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH??!!!?? I WILL NOT EVER BANK HERE AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT EITHER!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

I am beyond sad. I have been banking with chase for decades and the service at this location makes me want to change banks. I understand there are laws in Indiana regarding the accounts of deceased individuals, but you could have provided the information in a more sympathetic fashion. I don't think I have ever been spoken to in such a manner. Yes, I was visibly upset, understandably and I apologize. This has been a very difficult time, but I do have bills to pay. The tellers were very helpful, but the female staff in the glass cubicles need to take some customer service training, or quit, because they aren't doing Chase any favors.

Don’t ever deposit your money into one of there ATMs, and if you do and the machine eats it, and won’t give you your money they make you go through loops to get it, and wait several business days. The people inside won’t help you, and you talk to people on the phone you can barely understand. Done with this place.

Can never get decent service from a bank employee. They act like they have no clue what they are doing..as if it’s a tough job. The last 8 times I have went to use the ATM, it has not worked and would not accept deposits to prevent my account from overdrawing. And of course they then try to hit me with overdraft fees. Coincidence?...too often!! I have had nothing but trouble out of this bank. I will be taking my banking business somewhere else!

My account was “terminated” with absolutely no notice after spending a large sum of money in one day, went into this branch and was pretty much shooed out the door and told to call the customer service department because there was nothing they could do and it wasn’t their problem. So now all of my money is being withheld from me and my paychecks that are directly deposited will be returned to my employer. Absolutely ridiculous, and HORRIBLE customer service, DO NOT BANK THROUGH CHASE!
