JPMorgan Chase is a wonderful bank. The only downfall that they have is they took the branch out of the Southside of Muncie!

The branch manager, Nathaniel, was extremely accommodating and even stayed after closing to help us finish our banking. The entire team has been there for an average of 20 years and it shows. Great customer service and always greeted with a smile.
