Hours are still saying 10:00 when they dont open til 11:00. Coming from the other side of town, makes this really inconvenient.

Horrible horrible service. I have 2 good weeks and then it all slows down and shuts off. Can't pay ur bill by phone, u have to go in to pay and it's 4 dollars more to pay. Now they only take cash. Hopefully th8s will be my last bill to pay bc I'm switching providers.

I get my Amazon orders delivered there because I don't trust UPS drivers not to steal my stuff. I always order a large bottle of Tylenol PM & 1 time the UPS driver stole it out of the package & slid the empty envelope under my door. Called UPS to complain & they weren't interested in hearing about it. Boost Mobile acts as a pickup hub for Amazon & they're really close to home for me. So glad I have that option!!

I had the best experience at Boost Mobile. Erik and Ethan were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I walked in without a functioning phone and walked out with a fantastic phone and terrific service at an unbelievably low price. Thanks for making my day, you guys!

Boost is Great place to get ur phones n service !!! The sales Guy Wesley on South Madison St.in Muncie,is so helpful and knows everything their is toknow about the phones n services !!!! Hes the reason My Husband n ihave been going back for years!!!
