I was really close to ordering a bike online, but decided to check out Kirk's instead. I couldn't be happier with my decision and the bike purchasing experience I received. I had an idea which bike I was looking for and got some confirmation that it was indeed a good bike to start with. I sort of went in expecting to be upsold on "bigger and better" models, but instead he grabbed the bike I was looking for and went right into finding the right size for me. I was immediately happy with my choice and we went right into grabbing the accessories I needed, which were all put on for me on the spot. They showed me what I needed to know about the bike and some of the things that I wasn't necessarily familiar with, which I appreciated the time that was taken to do. Again, I really couldn't asked for a more helpful experience, and I have to say it all just made my day.”
