I purchased a chair and a half with matching ottoman, I LOVE it!! So comfortable. Kara, my sales rep was awesome to work with, she spent a good while on the phone with me and never rushed me. when I came in she was a huge help. Kara also happened to be working when I went to pick up my purchase an bless her heart she and I were able to load it in my truck by ourselves (girl power) lol I would recommend shopping here, they have some beautiful furniture and as stated the sales lady was super!! Thanks again for ALL your help Ms. Kara

Great furniture for reasonably good prices. I probably would've bought a sectional if they would have had more time for me. And usually in a furniture store, the prices are a little bit flexible. I will go back and try again.

Don't stand by there warranty on 5 years . My recliner never really rocked right after they delivered it. They had told me my recliner parts had been ordered but haven't been delivered to them yet. This has be since February 2021. Everytime I call or go in the store they say they will get back to me. Ive logged everytime I've called or went into store to check on my parts..Never will buy there again.

Found a couch we loved! Scheduled the delivery easily!They got there and realized there was no way it was getting in the room.They were willing to work with us on choosing a different couch and finding one that would work.Definitely would buy from them again in the future.

I’ve never left a review before but feel strongly that others need to be made aware of this horrible experience. For a small business to show such a lack of customer service others need to know to shop elsewhere. I ordered a kitchen table and chairs for over $600. I also paid $100 for delivery. The pictures below show the scratched and ruined table that was delivered 2 weeks later to my home. This was noted on the delivery receipt. I called multiple times and sent an email to their claims. They never called back I always had to call over a 2 week time span to follow up and seek a resolution. After I finally was at my wits end I was told that they wouldn’t offer a refund, wouldn’t offer an in store credit, and that I could drive from out of town to return the leaf but would have to “live with the other scratches.” Please go buy furniture somewhere else. I work too hard for this to be the best this business can offer. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

I will NEVER Buy Furniture from them again. I love the workers but they do NOT stand behind their furniture. I went in and picked up the rest of my furniture today that was not at the store when I bought it. When I picked it up got it home and my husband and son unloaded it ALL within 2 hours. The dresser drawer was Broke. I called and they told me I COULD NOT RETURN it? Say what??? I mean I was BEYOND UPSET, I have to submit a claim, etc, send pictures, email. What a JOKE!!! What happened to 30 days money back, or return and exchange it. I was told NO that is NOT their POLICY…SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE. My husband took all the drawers apart and their was screws missing, someone had messed it up when building it and did a HORRIBLE JOB. I have NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS. Big Lots literally has treated me better. They have the same furniture and stand behind their items. Lesson LEARNED, trying to prevent someone else from making the same BAD DECISION I DID. Buying a Complete Bedroom suit off them just Saturday, I REGRET IT!!! Last PURCHASE they will get from ME or ANYONE ELSE IF I CAN HELP IT. I WAS GOING TO BUY MORE THINGS FROM THEM, NOT NOW, NOT EVER!!!!
