We just had a bad experience trying to purchase a television. I've purchased every Phone, TV, or stereo from them for the past ten years. But after today, I don't think I'll be returning again.
Several display TV were broken. Both salesmen walked away before I could make a purchase. So I made a selection without assistance and brought it to the register.
The cashier offered extended warranties, and other services that I declined. Then they alarmed me that I would only have 14 days to return the television if I have issues, if I decline to purchase added services. So I pulled out my phone and looked up the TV on the manufacturers website, turns out they provide 30 days of free return and free shipping.
How is BestBuy going to compete if they cannot even honor the manufacturers return policy? Their prices do not beat any other store. No wonder all the BestBuy stores are bare shelves, minimal staff, and closing down.
Also most manufacturers are offering excellent financing. Better than BestBuy for sure! Too bad, because they used to be great, but now they are the worst electronics store around.

My parents are in their eighties. And they bought a washer and dryer combo at this store. These crooks told them it would be $169 each to remove and get rid of the old appliances. Stealing from the elderly like this is just wrong. The online rumors about Best Buy all say the company is on the edge of failing. That can’t happen fast enough in this case. And good riddance.

I'm confused as to why I have a credit account and I can not access it so I went to my local store and they couldn't help me Access it not too happy about it because it dropped my credit score when I had to give them permission to check my credit score and now I am below average on my score to do anything else . I really love there products and service but I am disappointed with the not so much help with this.

We just experienced the worst service ever from Best Buy Muncie. We bought a new refrigerator from them and they sent two guys to deliver and install it. It was clear from the beginning these guys didn't want to work. We ended up telling them to just take it back if they didn't want to do their job!! We will never again do business with this place. We've had it!!

It would be nice if there was an option to speak WITH SOMEONE ACTUALLY IN THE STORE!!!!! EVERYTIME you call don't matter what department you get sent to someone else that just wants to "set up an appointment" because they got no clue about my product!!!

Went Saturday April 20 to purchase a new desktop. Had done homework and settled on a Dell Inspiron, son (our IT guy) said it was a good deal. Cody was the salesperson, extremely knowledgeable, non-condescending, exceptionally helpful. Will look him up again if need be, explained everything in language I understood (I am computer illiterate). Has complete confidence making the purchase. Went back Saturday April 21 with questions, encountered Brandon who 110% put me at ease. Brandon said transfer was almost complete, set up appt. for 3:20 today. Went back at appointed time. Encountered Sean. Sean set everything up, exceptionally knowledgeable, put me at ease, very professional. Went home, hooked up keyboard etc. plugged it in, and it was EXACTLY as Cody, Brandon, and Sean said the experience would be. GO TO BEST BUY, ask for these guys. Will direct all future business to BB, this was a GREAT experience.
