They have always been amazing. Rocky is incredible and though they are often busy there is a reason. They take care of their customers well.

Service is excellent. We have been good customers of Belle Tire for many years The new manager, Rocky is the best. He is friendly, always happy, very fast and does everything he can to make customers happy. My new tires were cheaper than anyplace else and even as a walk-in customer the tires were installed very quickly. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you Rocky and your team. Farshad

Had tires put on July of 2024 here in Muncie. About 6 weeks later, I take the car to another Belle Tire location for a tire rotation and balance. End up finding out a lot of my lug nuts got crossthreaded. Other location took care of it. Why take your vehicle to a place that doesn't even know to start your lug nuts by hand?

I came here after getting a low tire pressure warning on my dash under the recommendation of a wonderful person. When I got there and asked for someone to look over my car, I specifically said that as a young woman who is dealing with her car solo for the first time, I know how easy it is for me to be taken advantage of, and I don’t want that happening to me here. I was told they do too much honest business for that, and he walked outside with me to look over my car. After only a few minutes of looking around I was told that my tire belt was broken on three tires and that I would need at least three new tires, with a recommendation that I just get a whole new set. I was also told that if I even hit a pothole my whole tire could be done for. I called my mom (who is in a completely different state as I am a college student) and she called our hometown mechanic to get his advice. When I was walked back inside after being scared, I was given sheets of paper with estimates for new tires and told that I could get the service done and new tires there. I had a warranty under the Sam’s Club for my tires and I told him that I was going to consult them first. He then said it was a concern that I wouldn’t even be able to drive that far. I mentioned that it could maybe just be they need air but he said it likely wasn’t that and I should get a new set to be safe. I drove it back to campus and didn’t touch it until I could find a time to safely drive it to Indianapolis. Yesterday, I went to the closest Sam’s Club and asked them to look over it for me and I told them everything I had been told. I had two separate employees look over my car inside and out, who walked me through the entire process of how they were checking my tires and the safety of them. After both of them ran multiple tests and and did a visual inspection, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the tires and that they needed air. The only other problem could be a sensor is off for the tires, as my car is older. They offered to fill my tires for me which was done quickly and efficiently and as soon as I started my car up again, there was no emergency alerts and the low pressure signage was gone on my dash. After that experience, I felt very taken advantage of and lied to by the employee that assisted me and I wouldn’t trust them with my car. Being upselled is a very real issue for women dealing with their cars and they did nothing to negate that fear. I simply just needed air in my tires and I was made to fear that my car could fall apart if I didn’t purchase a new set of tires. I hope that moving forward they fully promote honesty, especially when dealing with solo women.

I usually receive outstanding service at Belle Tire of Muncie. My visit last week was I hope an exception. I stopped to get brake pads changed. I was quoted over $700.00. I went to Turner Automotive West and got the job done for less than half as much. I was very disappointed in my experience but will return to Belle Tire for future needs.

Tires are never inexpensive, but it's nice to have a place that treats you nice and does great work in the process.

Stay clear of this place! I went in for a nail in a tire I bought there, 2.5 hours later, I get my truck and the air pressure is different in all four tires. The two service techs were clueless on what proper pressure should be. They have their own ideas on what a tire should be inflated to and pay NO attention to what the label on the door recommends. It was a mess in there. Good luck, I won’t be returning.
