“I brought a friend, Jayne Poland, who can no longer drive, to the Broadway location today to pay her credit card.
She does not do the internet but asked I leave a review for her.
Lindsay Haney waited on her in the drive thru. Lindsay explained to her that her savings was dormat and if she didn't do some kind of transaction she would be charged a fee.
Jayne kept carrying on how much she appreciated Lindsay telling her and she made a $10 deposit
Jayne said in all these years, no one has ever told her that and she thought Lindsay's customer service skills were 200%.
She wanted Prime to know what a valuable and caring employee Lindsay Haney is to Prime Trust.”

“Erin & Ashley are the most patient, helpful and attentive bankers I’ve ever dealt with. Even when the line started to pile up behind, and only the 2 of them working, they helped figure out a complex task and didn’t make me feel rushed. They took the time to make sure I fully understood the problem and we got it fixed after a few minutes. Those in line were not happy, that I had apparently used more than my fair share of time at the teller station. They can keep trying to rush these employees who are handling YOUR money. But don’t come back in demanding to Speak to a manager because your transaction wasn’t done right because you were rushing them.”
