I ordered my books from here (all digital rentals), and still haven't receive access to those books. I tried calling and there was no answer, probably due to the staff being overworked and underpaid. They also like to overprice books to the point where theres an actual hole burning in your pocket. Safe to say I hate this place.

Nice, clean, well organized. A ton of student essentials and some fun less-essential items, like video game controlers, books about cooking Ramen, and more. Also a good place to pick up a cold soda or water.

Workers are always nice but I don't understand why they have 2 workers at pickup during the beginning of the semester when 20,000+ students need their books. You're lucky if you get your pickup order within 30 minutes of arriving. Maybe Ball State needs to stop paying student workers minimum wage so they can have more workers during peak hours. I avoid the bookstore as much as I possibly can when I need to order books.

Stuff was very expensive but you kind of expect that but a college bookstore. People were polite and they had a lot to choose from.

The workers here are nice. They have a good selection of ball state gear. I wish they had more alumni options, but TIS does. This is where you pick up your cap and gown and books, too. Right in the middle of the atrium!
