I went there this morning I needed head lites for my car, there were 2 people who actually help me so much ,1 was lady the other 1 was gentleman who both help me ,they put them in for me as I'm 60 + year's old,when I went to pull the hood release it broke off, so the lady that was helping put head lites in ,suggested I put some vise grips on it ,so I went back inside bought some vise grips,,she put it on for me 2 ,so I'm able to still open my hood when I need to. Oh how I wish I could remember there name's they were so good 2 me,,,help me so very much..so I hope they see this post ,and know how thankful I am for them ,,it was around 9am this morning, at the auto zone on Madison St in Muncie Indiana,,,great service ,fantastic help from 2 employees..

I have been a customer at AutoZone for over 10 years nationwide and the Entire staff at this location has absolutely phenomenal customer service. They are very friendly, kind and go above and beyond. I had a really challenging morning and I left with a smile. Great Management and Staff!

Customer service is great with some of the employees. But I ordered a part over a week ago and they couldn’t tell me when the part would even be delivered. So they said they would call me as soon as the part was in and that it wouldn’t take more than 7 business days. Well it’s been over 7 business days and I never got a single call from them so I just had to call them to see what was going on and they were like “yeah it’s here.” But yet I never received a call from them and they didn’t mention how long it had been there. It’s just inconvenient to be told they are going to do something and then they don’t live up to their word. And then it takes me calling them to figure out where my part is.
