Nice stuff. Kind of pricey. I just hate how the salespeople at all furniture stores hover over you and pester you. This place really done it. We found furniture we liked but had to leave. The salespeople made us so nervous. Nice furniture but will never go back!

DJ was extremely good with helping me pick out new mattresses. The staff were all kind and friendly and helpful. Customers get treated very nice in this establishment.

I bought a couch, which came ripped (photos attached) and with loose buttons on one of the pieces. We didn’t see the damage until we got home and took the plastic off. The couch also was extremely uncomfortable and cheaply made (the stuffing was coming out of one of the backrest cushions). We went today to Dillmans and returned it. There was snow on the ground, and so we accidentally did get some snow (maybe salt as well) on the side of the couch but other than that there were no problems. When we tried to return the couch they stated they would be charging us $200 for a restocking fee for the couch and warranty we purchased. I told them I was confused, as a store cannot charge a restocking fee for a damaged item. They argued with me, namely Duana J (DJ) and the owner, John Dillman. Duana J made fun of me, asking if I would return an item to Walmart in the condition we returned the couch. I explained to her that we were returning the couch because it was damaged and unintentionally got snow on it. They repeatedly argued that I should just get it exchanged for a new piece or buy another couch from them. I told them I didn’t like the quality of the couch and did not understand why I needed to pay $200 to return the couch. In the end, John Dillman told me to never come back to the store. He did end up taking off the restocking fee for the damaged piece. Thankfully, he did the right thing as it is illegal to charge someone a restocking fee for a damaged or defective item.We won’t be shopping at Dillmans ever again. We also will be warning everyone we know that they are highly unprofessional, have poor quality items, and terrible customer satisfaction.

This is the place for you. They can meet most budgets. Big sale happening now. These prices will not last because of inflation. This store does not have gimmicks. Linda is my go to gal. I hate shopping but Linda and the other sales ladies made it a fun experience. Thank you so much and I will be back.

Very nice furniture store. One of the few that still have a nice selection to choose from. We had the pleasure to deal with John Burris, very professional and just a super nice guy. This will be our first stop when we need furniture again.

Furniture was nice and employees are very friendly, but there was a lot of price confusion going on. I went in for a bed and the experience was actually wonderful aside from that. My salesperson did frequently forget that I was wanting all features available on the bed base and consistently quoted me $200-$400 less for the items than I was actually charged which was frustrating when trying to keep up. I went ahead with the order and got a mattress, bed base, mattress cover, and warranty for the base. I paid half of my balance before leaving. Upon return to pay off the other half of my balance and see about a deal on pillows, I was informed that my total was $200 more than the original half because a warranty wasn’t included the first time - even though I was adamant about having it originally. While I understand people make mistakes, the frequent $200 differences in pricing information is frustrating for a consumer.I finished the purchase because this particular mattress isn’t in stock anywhere else locally, but I don’t think I’ll be doing anymore business here after this experience.

My wife and I both have serious back problems. We picked out a love seat specifically for having a shallow enough seat to support our backs when sitting. The salesman told us the same model was available in a different color. The different color was actually a different model with a deeper seat. We spent a great deal of money and will suffer a great deal of back pain thanks to salesman John.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the store itself so beautiful and such a friendly atmosphere to the delivery guys so professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dillman's furniture. Also a special shootout to DJ our salesperson thank you.?

We bought a couch a year ago when this was Art Van (the same owner has been there the whole time and just bought into the franchise.) Once Art Van went out of business they switched it back to Dillman's, and will not honor any of the servicing or warranties we had through them. It has been nearly impossible to get someone out to look at the issue and the one guy who came out didn't know what to look for and said he had never seen that couch before. Even with all the receipts and paperwork we are now stuck with a broken couch and out the extra money we paid for the warranty and the same group of people who have been there the whole time are refusing to help us get it fixed or replaced. They profited off our purchase and are not willing to fix the issue. We have contacted them multiple times and tried to work this out before posting, but, BUYER BEWARE!

My wife and I were looking for sectional found one we really liked at art van ordered a sectional February 2020 it came in April we went to pick it up only one section of it was correct...mistakes happen was told by the owner John Dillman that he would make it right he called the warehouse in Indianapolis they said they had the middle section he went get it to us by Tuesday four days after we were there. Tuesday came and we had to call him to find out what was going on turns out the warehouse didn't have it. We than had to go into the showroom and get more information we were told it should be in June 1st. June 1st came and we didn't receive a call we had to get a hold of them and we were told that it didn't come in and it will be june 19th. However this is the time during the corona virus which I understand things aren't open. This art van is also partnered with today's living in Marion when we called they had lost our recept and kept transferring us from store to store...there way of making it right was crossing out the delivery fee on the receipt they didn't even give us a refund we had to go in and ask about

Went to look at the closeout furniture and mattresses. I didn't end up buying anything at all, but the store was nice and clean and the sales staff was very knowledgeable and polite. Maybe I should have been shopping here all along?

John was GREAT! Others were helpful as well! This was our second big purchase. Only disappointment was not being able to get dining room chairs in the color I wanted. Hopefully delivery will go well. Thank you!

This place... This place is the ABSOLUTE best. The people who work here seriously take pride in their furniture and they take good care of their customers along with their employees. They make you feel welcome and they are all so knowledgeable and patient with any questions you have and are there for your experience in buying any new furniture you need for your home. My time spent here was delightful and memorable for me and my fiance and another time with my best friend. We all had an amazing time with Brock, Kelly and Tracey, I believe were their names. They were all amazing. I didn't get all the names of the wonderful folk that worked with me and made sure I went home with an amazing bed to make my life easier at night! Thank you so much to everyone at Art Van I will for sure be coming back.
