Apria, here in Muncie, was recommended by my PCP. Apria was the provider of my CPAP machine. At the onset, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I had questions or concerns, they addressed them fairly promptly. After a period of a few weeks, it was determined that CPCP therapy was only exacerbating my sleep apnea diagnosis and an alternative therapy was needed. To shorten up the story, Apria would not allow me to return a perfectly good machine that was causing me to stop breathing. Apparently there was some contractual issue (insurance/Apria/fine print) between who knows who that basically said the machine was mine and there was nothing that could or would be done about it. I find this to be an unethical business practice. I would not recommend Apria for any of your future durable equipment needs as they do NOT care about you as an individual. You are a means to a bottom line and that is all.

First off, something happened and insurance was no longer paying the bill. I had to find out by my credit card statement. Paid the equipment off(cpap). Still getting charged monthly for o2 generator I never used. Never got the new supplies on a 3-4 month rotation as I was told. And as of this morning, just got notified they tried to charge my card over $800?????! Nope, not today.

I absolutely LOVE these people. They’re always so kind and helpful and I feel goes above and beyond for whatever I need. As a new oxygen patient it’s a little overwhelming at first and they made and continue to make sure I am taken care of. Even when Charlie the cat decides to snack on my tubing. They made sure I had what I needed.

My experience has been positive from every aspect of care so far. Everyone was patient and caring as they worked to ensure I received the best equipment and fitting for my needs. I would recommend them to anyone needing care with sleep apnea.

They messed up my orders within their system after a simple address change was made a month prior; order supply rep had a thick Asian accent and was hard to understand; couldn’t process my card for payment due to system errors and wanted me to continue to hold while he tried to get it to work (was on hold for 10 minutes) while at work; poor service as usual

Very poor service. Said they did not have order, yet doctors office said faxed 2 times. Office did not return call after told they stated they would call back shortly. Ended up with trip to ER because they did not provide equipment necessary.
