This dealership has very poor communication, customer service and employees. They made my boyfriend miss 4 days of work without giving him a loner car. They never called to let him know what was wrong with it as he had to call THEM for updates & never even fixed anything as they just let it sit for 4 days…. 0/10 would not recommend!!

They must've started a fresh review page lol. I told them I would keep posting this and I'll continue to do it because they were crooked and I've not bought another Chevy because of the way things were handled so here is my review on Muncie Indiana Chevrolet. Bought a traverse from them about 2 months ago and a few weeks later it stopped working. We couldn't get it to start, my fiance and son were stuck in the middle of the road with a broken down car that we had just bought. Now we have to spend $500-$1000 to fix the problem, they should have caught. When we called they offered no help and pretty much said deal with it. The indoor lights also don't work, and the dash flashes service tires. We called a few weeks after we got it and nobody called us back. Definitely do not recommend purchasing from them, they offer no help and don't do detailed inspections on their cars before selling them.

My truck broke down while camping at nearby Summit Lake. They found my starter bad, changed it, and all in under 2 hours. And I didn't have an appointment. Very nice people also. Thanks !

Dealership is Beautiful and staff were friendly. Parts Department is GREAT. I wish they had more of New Vehicle inventory to choose from, but that's everywhere now.

Bought a a car from them in June and now have to replace all my tires because the had no tread on them. I will not be going there again. I will be going back Noblesville to get my vehicle from now.

I was having trouble with my My Rewards program and several employees just push me to the side and went about helping other customers. these employees didn't even bother to come back to let me know what was going on. I'm beyond frustrated and very disappointed. I've been here over 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. this was the first service on my new vehicle and it was supposed to be free which I end up having to pay for. then when I come out to leave I have a grease handprint on my white door. to say that I am dissatisfied with this experience, would be a huge understatement.
