I have been using Muncie Advance America for a few years now, Hands down the best customer service of any place I go, not just for a payday advance but anywhere, in general, the staff is friendly, capable, and just good at their job. The location is clean and usually nicely seasonally decorated with comfortable waiting areas. Katie specifically is awesome, she remembers me, and my preferences, and helps me get through every transaction as efficiently as possible with the minimum of fuss, which is great as I am often stopping in on a lunch break or in a hurry. Bobby Sue is a newer addition to the team and has only helped me a few times but she is doing a great job as well. It is a great team I am happy to see and return to. Keep up the great work!

This place is great. They take care of me every time I need a little wiggle room until next payday. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a little help financially. Katie and Bobbie-Sue are amazing and very professional.
