Very unorganized after we purchase a cruise package and air fair last summer was told to get are boarding passes for airlines and they had no idea about how to get them.

My husband and I needed help with flights and car rental to Orlando this summer. Our granddaughter is playing in a volleyball tournament and we are so excited to watch her. Geni our agent there was so helpful and got us a great deal plus made us feel so comfortable. We will go back for all of our future trip planning!!

I went in to receive my international driver's permit. The ladies who helped me were very friendly and helpful! I was in and out within ten minutes. Very pleased with the service here!

I have been with AAA for many years. I've had several questions over the years and Peter, one of the agents there, has always got back to me quickly with an answer. The rates are very reasonable. I have both auto and homeowners with them. I highly recommend them.

Once someone answered their phone I got the problem fixed. Someone there typed the incorrect birthday in for my AAA travel card. I still cannot use my card with a pin number but can use it as a credit card. I understand why they won't tell me what the incorrect date was, but I've only had an incorrect incorrect date for 68 years so I 've

I tried to get assistance with flight arrangements for my teen granddaughter that is american citizen and has her passport but Herrman in the office refused to help me and right out called me a liar. I went to "I'm out of here" in Noblesville and they verified her passport and got her ticket. Shame on you AAA!!!
