Be very careful with this dealership. They do not do business in an honest way. Was told a deposit for new vehicle was refundable by salesperson and when I couldn’t purchase the vehicle, the manager Cory Bolerjak wouldn’t honor what his salesperson said and is keeping $1000 dollars that does not belong to them. Tried to get management to be honest and step up, but they refuse to call back or just be straight up. Lots of choices for new cars, so I would steer clear of this dealership.

I brought 2014 dodge journey from expressway dodge long story short it broke down twice I had pay wrecker 90 bucks to take it to expressway dodge and my brother had come 75 miles pick me up at expressway dodge I had give 40 dollars expressway dodge general manager Ed I try call several time and left message which he received he still didn't call me till like 12th time I called . General manager Ed never once asked how I was and how made home that night I broke down or even mention paying for wrecker and gas .he had nerve to tell me keep level head how would he feel not once but twice breaking down then general manager Ed push me of on salesman manager which won't give his name who once got on the phone harasses me not concern about me breaking down but telling me not goingdo anything about paying off the car and getting me out of situation I tell him I deal with ptsd depression and anxiety from army service and wants to throw in he was in Vietnam not even caring about my health and well being so you betterbelive I told him off the salesman manager not concern about car breaking down twice all he was worried about getting car back to me so I got deal with more problems with the car knowing right thing to do for all parties is buying car back and resolving whole deal no wants to fix it and give back to me so I can deal with breaking down again and again and how's enough nerve to say we need get you in loaner car and I live 75 miles from expressway dodge makes no sense at all never cared about me breaking down on Saturday and brother has to drive 75 miles to pick me up all I wanted expressway dodge to do is purchase the vehicle back and sell it to some other sucker cause they know it's a lemon and want push off on me instead of doing right thing I even told expressway I drive to indy Marion Illinois and Evansville cause of doctors appointments thru va but they don't give a damn

Dennis Johnson and the team at Expressway were phenomenal to deal with. It definitely changed the perception of buying a used vehicle. They were there to answer every question when needed but very low pressure and gave us space. From the finance manager all the way thru the guys who cleaned up our vehicle on pickup, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have always had good dealings with Expressway ford until now. I brought up 2 different problems within the first week of owning the vehicle. Over 40k for used vechie 1k out of 36k warranty. The sales dept told me I should have bought extended warranty and I was SOL. I hate this because my wife is looking for new vehicle and it takes them out of play. Oh well lesson learned.

If you want to be lied to over and over , this is the place for you ,they will tell you one after the other , car not there after talking to Danny repeatedly about it , but had others for more money , then told lies about it , the best way him and sales manager Cory tried to say they had more in car than they were asking for it , giving me a deal of couple thousand dollars , car lots do not sale for less than they have in cars and keep doors open.....geez for a good laugh go see these clowns , but don't buy them lying about vehicle too !!!!!

Ryder did a fantastic job from our first call all the way through the sales and pickup process. We came from out of town, he inspected the car we were interested in and also recommended others. We love our new vehicle and really appreciate all Expressway and Ryder did to make the car buying experience a good one!

I will say I would not ever go there again. I’m 75 and a woman. I ask to detail my car but didn’t even touch it, ask about a spare tire didn’t try to work on getting me one. So I give them a zero!!!!!

Purchased my first new to me car here and the experience was wonderful! As we pulled in Chris Payne was about to walk inside so we all kinda met by fate and he made the process painless and quick. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Drove home in a car I have been looking for for months. We will definitely be choosing them for our next vehicle when the time comes.
