Great customer service quick and reliable and and great prices. I went there to get some new tires they were done with my vehicle before the time was noted for it to be completed customer service with friendly right forward easy to understand and even gave me a ride home and offered to come get me can't get no better than that. So I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the Mount Vernon area. Or even Evansville or Beyond.

I was in Mt Vernon for a funeral, approximately 200 miles from home. My alternator on my '02 Cadillac gave up after 151k miles. Several people @ the funeral recommended I call Ewing. I phoned & talked with George & explained my dilemma. He was very understanding, friendly & professional. He instructed me to drop off my automobile by closing time so they could have it on the rack & cooled off so they could double check the issue & start working on it first thing the next morning. As promised, he confirmed the problem & made me aware of the repair total. I was updated on the progress of the repair & notified as soon as my car was ready. George also made me aware of another issue I should have looked @ when I got back home.Like those that directed me to Ewing, I can also highly recommend this business. They are friendly, thorough & professional?

I ordered new tires for my car. The service was quick, straightforward, and fairly priced. The shop broke a lug post while removing a lug. They explained this would cause about $400 to fix. They also explained they were not responsible for breaking the lug post and I would need to schedule a new time to have it replaced. The rims of my car were covered in black dirt when I picked it up. My steering wheel was also covered in black dirt/grit. There was also a tear/scrape in the leather of the steering wheel. Obviously, I’ll be taking the car somewhere else to fix the lug post.Service: Tires

I was a walk-in with a machine screw in a tire. They got me out in time for my job. It wasn't fast but I had no appointment so I was fine with it. They were happy to help and squeezed me in!! Thanks!

My husband went to Ewing tire service to have new tires put on my 2017 Kia Forte as a Christmas gift, December of 2021. I had trouble with my car, the oil pressure light came on and I took it to Dart Automotive for them to fix it. Dart Automotive informed me that it desperately needed two new back tire because they were "cupped", they had raised areas all over the back tires. I took my car to Discount tire to purchase 2 new tires back tires. They scanned the VIN # and EWING put all 4 wrong size tires on my car!!!! So now I have to get all new tires, less than 1 1/2 years later, they should've lasted about 5-6 years. I got only 30,000 miles out of them. They put 185/60T15 on it, when it should have had 195/65R15 tires. SHAME SHAME ON EWING AUTOMOTIVE!! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ARE INCOMPETENT!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T EVER GO TO EWING'S!!!Service: Tires
