They provided a fast estimate and were very quick in dealing with insurance company. They didn't provide a loaner car or even a ride home from drop off. Hood alignment/fitment and color match are off slightly. and a small flat spot (dent) in hood has not yet been taken care of.

They quoted me 1600$ to fix the hood of the jeep. Now that's the price they gave me if I wasn't using insurance. New hood and paint job. Tell them you have State Farm Insurance and now the price goes up over 500$ and I get a used hood. Not the first time I used them. They fixed a tail gate on one of the other jeeps and when I looked at the work order they told my State Farm insurance that they replaced the back tailgate and painted it. Which they did. But they also said they painted the top, removed the rear bumper and painted it ( it's welded on

I've never found a body shop I could count on for getting the job done right the first time. Bruce is great! It's a family operation that takes pride in offering the best customer service and work close to where I live. They are located in a close town to where I live. They are well worth the drive. I highly recommend them as a friend did when I was furious with the most recommended dealership shop in my city. Plus, I would much rather give my business to a great small business and not a huge dealership that assumes there are 2 new customers to replace one disgruntled customer. At least right now. Word does get around with social media. The largest of businesses eventually fail when they lose site of good service and the important of doing a job right.
