Awful customer service, called 5 times to get a pizza made with no answer and on the 6th call it wouldn’t let me call anymore, I go in because I was like maybe they’re busy but nope no one was there except for a snarky cashier, I ask if I could get a pizza made and said in a rude way that they aren’t making pizzas. They’d rather turn the phone off than pick it up and tell someone that they won’t make it. Oh and 2/5 pizzas I’ve gotten from here have been doughy and not even edible, I just had to take it back in and get a new one.

I was in there about 1pm andALL of the food was cold. Livers under the heat lamp that where "only there for min". Then was told they had been out 3 hrs. The cashier and cook were rude and dirty. Never again.

I always stop at this VP to buy snacks and a coffee for my dad who os in the nursing home around the corner.I’ve never had any problems until now.One of the cashiers at the Morristown VP is on the take.I purchased:1 small coffee1 bag of orange slices $1.791 Nutty Buddy PB Wafer Bar1 Hostess Cherry Pie.She charges me $26 and some change.Since my card was already in the machine it processed quickly.I asked the girl….Um wait…How is that $26.She really quickly said “Oh my bad!” and hands me $15.00 dollars cash back.I still got taken for a few bucks, but she didn’t get $20 bucks off me.She had the nerve to tell me that with my refund, she paid for my coffee.VP Management had better watch their books in Mo-town!

Passed through there today..there was a sign on door you must wear a mask yet NOT ONE of the employees was wearing one let alone none of the customers. Also, both employees were coughing. Did they not get the memo cv is spreading? Very irresponsible of a business at these times.

Every time my dad and i go in there in the morning and get their slice of breakfast pizza it is always WAY overcooked. It’s like chewing threw cardboard. Couldn’t they realize it’s getting over cooked everyday and maybe alter the time they cook it???

Most of the people working here are great, but there's one cashier that is incredibly rude. I've worked behind a cash register before so i know how hard the job is, but there's really no excuse to be THAT rude. Other than that, it gets very busy in here right after school lets out at around 3pm.

They have a rewards program inwhich their gas pumps will not take that card. So if you want to gain the rewards points you must go in and prepay for gas. If you are wanting a fillup they WILL NOT HOLD YOUR CREDIT CARD and just turn on the pump so you can totally fill your auto up then go in and pay the actual price. This is must be a new policy as Ive never had this issue before at ANY gas station nor this one until the last 4-5 months. Also whatever guessitment you may think it will cost to fill your car, if it over the amount actually pumped. Village Pantry holds that refunded money for 3 days. So say you told them 50 bucks and paid that and it takes 20 to fill. YOUR MONEY refund is held 3-4 days after the original transactions....HOW is this legal??? Holding refund and most of the time their "rewards cards" don't work...

The Morristown VP is a joke. The way some of the employees treat customers is ridiculous. The worse ones are Michelle and Melinda. They treat people like crap. They curse in front of customers and talk about drugs and how to pass drug test. This store is in a small town and normally gets a lot of business but the way people are treated the regulars stop going unless they have too. I use to go at least once a day but now go to the other station. This store also can't seem to keep the coolers stocked either but yet you can see all the product behind them. If you ever come to Morristown don't stop at VP. Go to the other station or drive to the next town.

The 3rd shift employees are hateful, and heaven forbid you ask them to make a pizza. This gas station is open for 24hrs but the employees sure dont want to keep business. Customers are definitely not first in this village pantry!

I do a paper route on Friday nights. This store is one of my drops. This is the only place to stop on my route. I usually can't use the restroom. The lady there at night blocks them off. She's rude and don't care about her job.
