Normally don't ever have a problem with delivery experience but they have received a package a week ago that's never been delivered. That and there office hours are screwy. I hope they can find it when I go in.

Just throwing packages on the ground by the mail box is not cool or USPS approved method of delivery.

My tracking number says my package was supposed to be 3 days ago and it hasn't moved since it arrived here and they don't care

The people here are good people, there’s just never enough people working here, so they are always stressed and stretched thin. The hours at the location end up being a total joke, it should be a dropoff-only depot or the USPS should hire more employees in this location. Shame on USPS for doing this to these folks year after year.

The people at the town post office are always kind and helpful.

I was helped by Lisa on a delivery. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone that really cares about the customer.

I am utterly appalled by the behavior of the women there. The staff has been nothing but rude to me the entire time I was there! As someone with a small business, I have a lot of packages I have to send. But they act like its a huge burden every time I go in there. I hate complaining, but this is ridiculous. Hopefully in the future things will change because it is the closest post office to my home. But I am willing to drive a few hours to the next town in order to not see these people again.

I have never been so offended in my life. This is is public office and the women inside this building act like your a huge inconvenience. Whenever they have to get up and actually work, they are hateful, condescending and out right furious they have to actually do work. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to another city before I go back there, and this will be addressed.

I’ve had a package that has said “delivered” since Wednesday and it is now Saturday. They have done absolutely nothing to find, nor have they re-ordered it. Pathetic.

We love Teresa our mail lady. She is awesome. Friendly and goes the extra mile. The staff at the post office has always been friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Lazy people. The courier refuses to drive up my driveway, even though it's his job. The post master does nothing about it.

My courier is the rudest mailman I've ever had. When it comes to package delivers he just sets in the driveway blowing the car horn. When you're not home he'll open up your car door from his car seat and chuck the package into your car. When you complain at the post office they claim it's the rules, I've never had it before they respond rules change. I've tried to pickup packages at the post office if tracking shows it's in town not out for delivery, but that's against the rules until the first attempt to deliver I've been told. They claim higher ups will get onto them for that.

lady was very rude to me when I went to ship, assuming I was trying to get her to write the shipping and return on the box for me when I went into get Priority Shipping that requires its own label anyway. why would I write a label on the box when I have to write it again on the Priority label? she was really rude and fake in a way only southern transplants can pull off.
