I’ve lived in the same house for over 30 years and this week alone, 3 of my neighbors have received my mail and packages. These are all postal packages not Amazon. All of the boxes were clearly marked with my name and address. I just don’t get it?

Martinsville, IN Post officeMail delivery was skipped, supposedly because of road construction in front of my mailbox. That was a lie.Called the post office supervisor and expressed my concerns. Went above and beyond ensuring my shrimp got to me on time and alive. The person who mailed them to me didn't mark them as live animals and didn't pay postage so I was surprised when I got a knock on the door and a notice. I didn't have cash on me at the time but I drove to the post office and had it paid right away and mentioned the situation. The kind lady went above and beyond by calling the driver and requesting she deliver it again now that it's paid for. Both the lady at the office and the driver were very kind and understanding. 9/12 shrimp survived and are thriving in their new aquarium, thank you ladies so much! Attached is a photo of some shrimps that survived the journey.

Messed up my passport application and now I am 3 days away from leaving and probably have to cancel. The lady helping us stuffed my passport picture into my old passport instead of stapling it on the application. This caused severe delays and I am still having a hard time getting any information as to why my passport is so late. I asked her twice to staple it and she still said that this was the way it was done.

This post office has very easy access into and exiting out of their parking lot. They also have a drive up outgoing mailbox that is easily accessible from the same parking lot. I find these features much better than the Martinsville Post Office.I use this post office for a quicker pickup as opposed to the branch in Brooklyn. I drop off mail here when I want to "get in the loop" faster. This post office accepts passports applications as well.This post office is open all day during normal business hours as opposed to the Brooklyn branch only being open a half day Monday through Friday and a couple of hours on Saturday.

I was trying to find out if there was a notary public at the Mooresville post office. The only number I could call with the 800 number, and had no luck at getting a real person. Why is there no local number to ask a question like that? I guess I will go to UPS

The front desk lady named Reva was very rude not only to me but to each other person who came in. Terrible attitude. The one lady who did help me (I believe her name was Tricia, was very nice though). I won’t be coming back here for any postal needs anymore. I hope she gets a better attitude to be dealing with the public.
