We have been with this company for about 10 years. I will say, these people are phenomenal. Anytime I have a problem they walk me through the solution, and if we can't figure that out, they are at my house in no time. Recently, SCI REMS decided to start bringing out fiber in our area and was asking us if we would like to switch. The thought never crossed my mind to switch, as PDS has just been so great. I don't think you could get better customer service anywhere else.

Jason at PDS Connect was terrific. He made things so easy to change our internet. He told me what was available, and I was in and out of his place of business in less than 10 minutes. On the day of connection, they showed up exactly on time, and were done within 1/2 hour. So Easy!!!! His customer service skills are superb.He called me the very next day to make sure everything was working. I would recommend his service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Anytime a problem arises, Jason has been there to help. A utility contractor was putting in conduit for a new service in my neighborhood recently and severed my PDS fiber line. It was clearly marked before they began working, but somehow still got hit. Jason called while I was at work to inform me of the outage and had it fixed within a few hours. Very knowledgeable and courteous folks at PDS.

I was having trouble with internet on a holiday weekend and would of been without for 3 days. I called after hours help but no luck. Frustrated about not having tv, phone rings and its Eric from PDS, The owner of the company sat on the phone with me for almost an hour making sure all was working!!! Ty very much. Dont get that kind of support from other providers. Support local!

(A year ago) First person I talked to, we went back and forth via phone call and email because of the scope of the project and discussing terms of a 3 year contract.After a month, the person stopped responding, despite multiple contact attempts in various forms.I went with a competitor, using 5G internet, and it's been great.(Two weeks ago) I was informed that the original person I was working with no longer works with the company, and was told I'd receive a personal call from the President (/CEO?) of the company.Call never came. Won't be bothering chasing any further.

It took almost 4 months for them to set up internet in our neighborhood and it has been horrible the entire time. We pay entirely too much for a measly 50 mbps. We only get about 20 mbps most of the time. The internet also slows during peak times and goes out any time it rains. This company is a disgrace to call itself a local company and then gouge the community and provide service that is far below the bare minimum that a big company would bring. Do better PDS.

We signed up with PDS about a year ago. Recently we started having problems with losing internet the house. PDS was VERY helpful in diagnosing/confirming that my router had gone bad. They also configured the new one for me. They're great to work with, honest and helpful. Highly recommend them!My only complaint is that if service goes down after hours, they don't have a reliable on-call system. You can place an outage call, it can take awhile to be resolved.

Goes down every other hour and is the most unreliable internet I have ever experienced but sadly they are the only providers for me but they also overcharge way up there
