Awful experience. Pretty much from the moment I walked in the door to look around a woman approached and asked if I need anything, Clearly stated I was just looking and she immediately started talking about what I should do and what I should buy.Stated again I am BROWSING wasn't the answer she wanted apparently. Told her AGAIN I was browsing. She said she'd return which was essentially her watching me from a distance I felt like I was being stalked.Left one room to go actually browse only for her to immediately track me down again and ask me if I was interested in anything. Told AGAIN i was not looking to buy today. She immediately tried to run on about financing or payment plans which at this point I began to leave.Anita is an absolute psycho and was an awful experience. She is the entire reason I will not be doing any business here. Instead of feeling welcomed I felt smothered and like I was being stalked. Absolutely awful.

I bought a 100.00 side sleeper pillow from Moorseville Discount four days ago. I slept on it three nights and it absolutely killed my neck, my head was pounding for two hours each morning after sleeping on it. Slept with my 20.00 Walmart pillow last night and felt MUCH better this morning. I called the store and asked about return policy and was told I could not return my 100.00 pillow. Im glad I just bought the pillow four days ago because I was seriously considering spending 3.500 on adjustable bed base and mattress there. Basically, they lost a bunch more then 100.00 in that deal. Lesson learned. I won't return

We purchased a new bed for my Father. They delivered it next day to the Assisted Living Facility that he was moving to. First night sleep in a new home was very important to my Father. The mattress they helped us choose fit the bill!! He has slept great every night since. Thanks so much to Bob and Dave!!

My mother was told 2 days ago she was being released from the rehabilitation center she has been at for over 7 weeks. We were scrambling around to find the equipment we needed. I went into the store initially to buy risers for her current bed. I saw the bed frame I had planned on ordering for her when I first walked in the door. Had my dad come check it out and he was sold. They had exactly what we needed in stock and it will be delivered and set up tomorrow before she gets home. This was the last piece of the puzzle I needed for her to return home and I was so relieved I found it locally. These guys here are fantastic!!

Be honest! I purchased a mattress and box springs for my grand daughter. I had my son with me who had purchased one a few months prior and you assured me the set was identical. It was not! There’s a four inch difference In mattress height and the the newer one is super hard, like a slab of concrete. Also, I try to support small town businesses but your 100% mark up on the mattress cover is nothing but greed. There’s quite a thread in other sites of your poor business practices. No room for poor customer service in a town the size of Mooresville. I hope you make things right for people. I will contact you regarding at least enough of a refund to purchase a decent mattress pad!

Did bait and switch. the floor model I picked out is nothing like the one they delivered. it's a crappie one. Looks like home made it in the back. 3-11-21. Ripped me off on mattress. I have pictures to show and receipt to anyone. Feel free to contract me about my bad experience with this place of business.

Went in hoping to find a mattress that would help with my back. Had surgery over 10 years ago last time new mattress was purchased so it was time. Great service, friendly and informative. Found my mattress and they delivered same day. Mind you my husband and I were in there at the end of the day but they still delivered. Thank you!! Had one of the best night rest

BUYER BEWARE. NO RETURNS .Bought a mattress from this store in early November. Tried to give it time to "break in" but this mattress seems to be a completely different mattress from the floor model. They never told us there was a no return policy. We talked about warranty and how you had to have a protector for warranty issues but they never told us it was no return at all. The mattress they have on the floor is completely different from what you recieve. Saving a little money to guess what they will deliver is not worth it. You can not sell someone on one thing and then deliver something completely different. Talked to the owner... He suggested buying a mattress topper for a brand new mattress. While a mattress topper would mask their inability to deliver what they sale it doesn't fix the issue.

Don't waste your money. I bought a mattress from them in early in November gave the mattress about 4 weeks to break in and it is horrible. The mattress they sell you on in the store is not the same one they deliver. They don't tell you that if you buy a mattress today you can sleep comfortably about 3 months from now. They accept NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Even though they never tell you any of this in the store. They don't stand behind their products at all. Don't waste your money buying from here.

Delivery box truck ran through our neighborhood at outrageous speed. Driver had a beard but that's all I could tell. Kids play here!
