Very disappointed in this store. I spend $500 plus a month here. I made a return as clicklist gave me a rip off substitute. I ordered 100 ct acetaminophen for $2.29. They substitute two 24 ct for same price. The policy is to give you equal amount of what you bought or more or a another brand. I returned it and the lady in charge of office who is Normally very kind was very rude. She treated me like I did not but it there. It was kroger brand. Geesh. She was not understanding and commented back I don't substitute I just take it off. There policy is too substitute another brand or same or more count. Also they did not give me two of the items I ordered. I went to look and they had both items in stock. I'm very close to going to Meijer in the future.

I am disabled...I buy yellow sticker mark downs...their cash register s rip you off by charging full price...a very large issue to get the money back...I can bearly stand ..just to get my few dollars back it takes all my energy....thanks for nothing...no good here

We have been waiting an hour for our groceries. They were supposed to be available at 12. We still don't have them! If you can't staff this area, you shouldn't offer it. We just get a "sorry". You don't even give a credit. You have one poor disabled gentleman trying to service everyone in 85* heat. This is disgraceful. I will find some other grocery.

Our Kroger receives tons of traffic. For the most part, they handle the crowds by keeping things stocked and usually having the appropriate number of employees for the most busiest of times. It would be nice to have a new Kroger built to handle the need, but I do not see that happening any time soon. Today, they were handling things very well at the time I shopped, and it is a holiday weekend! The sale items I shopped for were in stock, the check out lines were open along with the office, and it was rush hour on a Friday night. I will admit this is not always the case, but it was today. Well done, Kroger.
