Anytime I have a problem they walk me through the solution, and if we can't figure that out, they are at my house in no time. Recently, SCI REMS decided to start bringing out fiber in our area and was asking us if we would like to switch. The thought never crossed my mind to switch, as PDS has just been so great. I don't think you could get better customer service anywhere else.”
