We went on a trip to Washington about a 9 hour drive and our bus driver Steve was amazing! We adored him, he was the nicest, sweetest, and most kind man that I have ever met. I can’t wait to see him around soon!

Bus was clean and sanitary the seats were very uncomfortable to sleep in and the buses were late by like 5 minutes for each location we went to because it was a school field trip to Washington DC and they transported us but my only complaints are the seats and the lateness

Hurrah, they finally fire Jami Couch before she got someone killed. Now that she is gone I would not ride a Gold Shield motorcoach, still not safe. Horrible driver training practices. Sad cleansing and sanitizing coaches. Beware Amazon employee riders.
