The Walgreens employees are (mostly) helpful, but they never scan in packages so you know when they’re ready for pickup. This results in you having to make multiple trips if you have more than one package to pick up and increases the risk a package could be lost or sent back, which is exactly what scheduling a pickup at an OnSite location is supposed to prevent. I hope they improve on this.

Inside Walgreens. NO Signage for FedEx - Not inside or outside store. Only a drop off hub - if you have it prepackaged with label already on it. I went to 2 locations in Mooresville. First one didn't exist and never had been one there. Second was this, which is ridiculous to find since there's no sign. Called customer service multiple times and could not reach a human for customer assistance.

I used a photo app to send pics to Walgreen for printing, they responded with an email in five minutes letting me know they received my order and within an hour another email telling me my order was ready to pick up. The sales clerk was friendly and smiling. I had submitted the same order to Wal-**** two days earlier and never heard from them.

I got here at 12 and waited in line only to be cut by someone else with a clipboard before I was helped. I was told my medication wasn't ready and I'd have to wait 30 minutes for my medication and told to have a seat. At exactly thirty minutes I do the same thing the person with the clipboard did to me only to be told to go to the back of the line by this same rude person who let someone cut me to help them without a care about it

Walgreens has no shipping envelopes nor will they print a label to ship. Only used as a drop off of packages already packaged, taped, and labeled. No Fedex customer support or help.

I paid for overnight service for an envelope package from Pensacola Florida to Indianapolis. It was shipped on a Monday and they lost the item in Memphis Tennessee.the item got stuck in Memphis Tennessee for 16 hours and for the life of me I don't understand what they were doing with my overnight priority package in Memphis Tennessee for it to stay there for 16 hours.so nevertheless I did not get my package Tuesday morning like I was scheduled to because I paid for it. Instead I didn't get my overnight envelope package until mid-afternoon Wednesday. And they did not offer for me to get a refund on my fee that I paid for overnight service. I think FedEx has forgotten or they just don't care that people spend their hard-earned money that have a package delivered overnight but they're in the business of stealing other people's money when they don't deliver packages like they say that they're going to for the amount of money that you're going to spend to have this done. This is not the first time I've had problems with FedEx. And when you talk to them on the phone it's almost like talking to the Berlin Wall. And it doesn't do any good to go to UPS because they're worse than FedEx are. FedEx even lost a brand new laptop I ordered for my daughter. And I had to charge it back my credit card because they lost the item and it took three months the even have that done. My advice is don't use FedEx or UPS unless you are a business and you have no choice and you have enough funds to absorb any deliveries that don't get delivered on time. Use FedEx and UPS at your own risk. If you need something right away I would probably go with a local courier service
