I received a notification 2 days ago saying my son's prescription was ready for pick up. When I went there today (first opportunity due do my schedule) I was informed that it's still in processing and was told this is because they are short staffed and it needs to be reviewed.
Sorry but no, if your system says it's ready, I should be able to pick up the medication, additionally CVS is a large enough company that they can afford to hire more pharmacy technicians.

Love this Store and pharmacy! It’s been a pleasure getting to have them help me with my health, I always love to go in so I can see them! I may not always be there to get meds but they always ask me if I need any help, or if I need any assistance with anything, it makes me feel good to be talked to so nicely, so I tell my friends if they need a good pharmacy go to the one up the road from my house! Like I tell them at the store at the end of my visit have a blessed day!

Very bad customer service at the pharmacy. They close way to early for working people to get medications. Now you can't even talk to a human. They send you to voice mail and they will call you back later.

I have only had positive experiences with this CVS. I totally get that a lot of people haven't, so I'm not trying to counter anyone else's reality. I've had plenty of bad experiences at plenty of places, but not here.

I called to refill my insulin prescription as I am a type 1 diabetic. No matter how many times you repeat customer service or representative you have to go through the ai so I put the request in through that. Said it would be ready Thursday which is perfect (it was Sunday) because i’m almost out of insulin and have a week AT MOST left. They wait 24 hours to send a text saying the prescription can’t be renewed due to issues with my doctor and to give them a call. Okay, that’s fine! So I call them to see what the issue was and finally get through to a real person, only to be hung up on in the middle of me speaking after being told my prescription is expired. Now it’s going to take an extra 24-48 hours to have my doctor get my prescription to cvs, which last time this happened it took a week in total because this cvs kept saying they “weren’t receiving it”. I don’t have that time and now because of this I have to hound them otherwise they will not respond to this situation appropriately. I have had issues with this place for years due to slowness and rudeness, but I always brushed it off because it wasn’t an emergency for me. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM IF YOU REQUIRE APPROPRIATE SERVICE WITHOUT THE HASSLE.

I purchased a gift card for a 60th Wedding Anniversary. It is a Grub Hub card. When purchasing my items, while using their machine, it wouldn't go thru while using my debit card. NOT because I did something wrong
The CVS employee's name is Wanda. An older woman. Not sure if she normally works as a Cashier. Anyway, it didn't dawn on me until I got all of the way home that Wanda didn't ask me how much I wanted on the Grub Hub gift card. The card showed $10-$500!! I only wanted $60
to be put on it. So now I have to stop by the CVS on Sunday after driving to Terre Haute, IN.
The 60th Anniversary Celebration is at 2pm.
This will be an added stop for my husband & I.
Which we did not count on having to make!! I'm VERY UNHAPPY!!!

Surprised by the reviews...the couple of times I've had to fill my prescription here were because of weekend or holiday incidents where something was called in from a walk-in clinic or urgent care. Everytime I've gone to pick up the prescription it would have just been ordered. They pharmacy staff is always very kind about expediting it for me. I don't believe I've ever waited more than 10mins. The pharmacist seemed very professional and helpful.

Both Walgreens and cvs will no longer be on my radar when it comes to getting my meds. Walgreens and cvs don’t have the best customer service, but they were nice enough to fill my meds as a one time exemption. It makes no sense why it’s 2024, and both companies don’t seem to want to change, and i wonder why cvs won’t ever allow blue cross blue shield! My guess is they will probably never change, i plan to look elsewhere for my health needs. I only gave them a three star because they were nice enough to make sure i got my meds. They seem to not want to listen to any of their reviews customers here are giving.

These are the rudest pharmacy employees ! Short, snappy and confrontational…. Overall, I would strongly advise against patronizing this pharmacy if you value respectful and helpful customer service.

The only reason this has two stars is because it is a CVS. I enjoy CVS in general, but this store is the absolute worst I have ever visited. By adding a clinic they have made the rest of the store crowded and very claustrophobic.In addition, there is one particular cashier, who just will not leave you alone. I’m not giving her name because I haven’t seen her name tag as I try to avoid catching her eye.. I like to use self check, but apparently she thinks no one is capable of checking themselves out. She always comes over to “help” But it’s really interfering and unnecessary. I can’t stand anyone hovering over me, which is one reason I like to use self check. On the rare occasions, I shop at the store instead of the one I prefer, I always encounter her.
