Absolute worst bank to go to. I have been coming here for over a year to break money for smaller bills NEVERRRRR have I had an issue until today. They would not break my bill so I will let my owner of a multi million dollar business to NEVER use you guys again.

At the drive through no one at the window...130 pm Tuesday.thought it strange two tellers helped me...window shades drawn.
Just needed a cashier check.thought they were being robbed...he did apologise.
Took 15 minutes plus 8 minutes just to get a response.
Weird.also unusal

43 years banking with this company.i had a rough couple of years. Now back up on my feet. Tried to get refi on house and they had no sympathy. Not the community bank it was!

I just want to give a shout out to the Citizens Bank in Mooresville. Every time I call and ask questions or pay a payment they are all so happy to help and extend helpful information. I appreciate the great customer service I receive. So friendly. I would recommend this bank.

They never want to cash any checks or deposit so I closed out the account and they had the audacity to ask why I wanted to close it. Worst bank in the world. Never had a good experience at the one in Mooresville.

I closed accounts there a few years ago because of policy & customer service issues. Tried it again a few months ago with a free account & things haven't gotten any better. Their mortgage lending is terrible as well. Looks like I am searching for a new bank

Always false charges and money missing out of my account only to be returned later and citizens just acts as if it is no big deal! The latest happened today 8/9/21. As soon as they make my account right I will be transferring to a diff bank. I’ve banked with citizens for the last 17 years. But I gotta go now as this is becoming what seems like a weekly occurrence
