If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would! Do NOT take your vehicle here, or let your friends/family take their vehicles here either.Sit down and grab some popcorn because we're about to spill some tea.Today is 8/23/2023.A family member of mine was having many troubles with their car, and was recommended by a friend to take it to C&C Auto Repair (said friend personally knew the owner of this shop). For the record: we'd had this car looked at and minor issues fixed by multiple mechanical friends. My family member had their car towed to this auto shop on 7/3/2023. The car sat in their lot for 2 weeks - without a call/email update from the shop to car owner - before the owner of the car called the shop to check in on their vehicle.The service writer at the shop briefly explained that the mechanics "have seen and diagnosed the car". Rightfully so, the owner of the vehicle was confused as to why no one had contacted them for an update to let them know the next steps.The service writer said they were going to order a part, and call with an update once it was received and the work was going to be started.Another week passes by - no call from the shop. The owner of the vehicle called and asked for an update. Apparently, they had "just gotten in the part and were waiting on a 'big job' to finish up before they were to start on their vehicle which was 'immediately next".Another week goes by, no update from the shop. Once again, the owner of the vehicle called and asked if they'd started on the repair yet. The service writer continued to give my family member the run-around, saying "we hope to get to it by the weekend". The weekend would pass, the owner would call again for an update the following Monday or Tuesday, to which the service writer would say "we hope to get it to this week" etc etc. This continued for an additional 3 weeks, each time the service writer promising the owner a call for an update, to which the owner was never contacted. The owner of the vehicle called for updates each time they ever spoke with the auto shop.Not once did my family member get a straight answer to anything, or get the chance to speak with the owner of the shop.A quick note to add: my family member relies on their car for their job. During this time, they've had to borrow multiple family members cars just to get to and from work. The customer service and decency C&C provided was next level UNPROFESSIONAL, and in my opinion, should be reprimanded for. My next step is to call the better business bureau to file a complaint.(1/2 of review because word count was too long. Please find part 2/2 in the photo attached.)

The only car repair place I have ever trusted. We take our kia, dodge truck and our dodge. Great folks who know what they're doing.

First took my car to another mechanic for my breaks and they over charged by $300 so decided to take to C&C and they we better priced, friendlier and quicker. I will take my car here from now on. Helps that they within walking distance from home!

Top advies, eerlijkheid en ervaring! Moest mijn oliekoeler vervangen (lekkage) meerdere garages hadden het afgewezen want het was een te grote klus voor hun (een Landrover). Ben doorgestuurd naar C&C Automotive en auto was klaar binnen 4 uurtjes meteen ook een grote beurt gegeven en heeft een klant voor het leven! ?

Brought my father in-laws Toyota Sienna there, thought starter went out Turned out just corrosion on battery terminals!! These guys didn't Lie or stall and replace starter. Honest mechanics hard to find!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Recent een auto aangeschaft en ter controle naar C&C automotive gebracht. Super vriendelijk en behulpzame garage. Hebben de auto geheel gecontroleerd: opties en onderdelen. Top service, behulpzaam en eerlijk. Zeker aan te raden !!

All I know is I was in Popeyes chicken eating dinner with my wife and we saw this young man "20 something" wearing a C &C Automotive shirt, standing by the counter waiting on a to go order. He had just gotten off work and literally stood there for over an hour waiting for his meal. He was the most patient man I've ever seen. He was getting dinner for his wife and young children. With all the p*** you see nowadays on the Internet with people jumping counters to beat up the employees, I just that this was a beautiful thing. He had not one negative thing to say. I guess my point is this is the kind of character employees C & C Automotive hires.

A huge thank you to the guys at C and C auto repair! I just bought a used truck four days ago and I got stranded today at Menards with a bad starter on my 6.7 L Ford F-350 diesel truck. I called them up at 4pm with two hours left in their workday and they said that they would be willing to stay late if possible to fix it. I was able to get towed there fairly quickly and they actually were able to get my starter replaced and get it going back on the road again 2 minutes before closing at 6 PM. It's my first time there, but since I'm moving to Valparaiso it will probably not be my last time. They seem like a great bunch of guys there! Stellar service and customer support, and really really helped me out in a jam. Thank you so much C&C!!!

5 stars for a good repair and reasonable price. 3 stars for lack of communication while car sat for 3 business days and over a weekend. Can understand being busy, but need to reach out to give status updates or let me know when I initially called to ask about towing car in. I had to initiate calls just for updates and to even find out if car was done. 3 stars for the employee who needs a lesson in customer service on the phone and in person. If we are bothering you and our business isn't appreciated we will go elsewhere. 1 star for slipping in an extra $15 for using a credit card without telling me over the phone when I said I was paying by card or even telling my daughter when she came in and paid, it was just sneaked onto the card receipt but not the invoice. Understand a charge to keep expenses down, but you have to disclose it ahead of time. 1 star for being 'disconnected' twice when I called to express my customer service concerns to Jason and also received no response to my e-mail to him. Looking for a place around the University to take our vehicle. Had really high expectations of a good old family business upon reading the reviews. Unfortunately it only take one person to ruin your experience which is a shame since I do believe they do great work at reasonable pricing.

I love this place. Jason and his staff are great people and mechanics. Problem is, if I say too much, it'll be hard to get an appointment because you will all go there. I left other shops to become a C & C customer.

Jason was able to see me within minutes and diagnose my car's AC issue right away. A short 30 minutes later and I was back on the road.
