So far!! I have spoken with Ben several times in probably 3 weeks about a car that I need to get to the shop for an elderly lady and it needs to be safe but not over dine to look as though it's brand new. Finally, it is there. It has to be kept under the cover we provided as the top leaks. Ben was always kind, courteous, and patient with me. Looking forward to meeting the staff, getting the estimate, and seeing how we can work together. He knows the couple that owned it, and now it belongs to the wife as her husband has passed, and I am hopeful they will be as good to us as they were them.

It’s a joke. was supposed to replace my strut do to an accident I was in. They just painted it and got paid for a new one from insurance.

Screwed over my brother by breaking the break line and not telling my brother so when he went to get it he couldn’t take it and had to pay even more money. and then screwed over my boyfriend by telling him he’ll do something for 750 and then changing the price to 1200 and then to 850 and telling my boyfriend he was the PROBLEM. did all of this even though we’re “family friends” place is a joke, just like john. only person worth anything is Andrew. don’t waste your time, take your car somewhere else. i’ll sign this too, sincerely Cheyenne aka Chrisys daughter :)

Took my truck there for leveling kit and struts were bad also. Very good people with good prices. Had my truck back The day after I took it in. Highly recommend them!

They were so friendly and helpful! They picked up my car, had it fixed and ready by the next day, and were very affordable. Will definitely call on them for maintenance and future repairs.

My husband and I have been going here for over a year for everything from oil changes to serious repairs. They always do thorough inspections and give us price options. They are family owned and run. John always has prioritized my safety like one of his daughters. They also with plug a punctured tire for free!

I had a problem with my climate control not switching between defrost and cabin air and a friend suggested I try this shop. John took my information down, and asked about my issues and gave me an estimate on repairs. He was very professional and courteous and quick to respond. We setup a time to have the problem properly diagnosed and confirm the estimate. Susie contacted me with the confirmed diagnosis and estimate and obtained my authorization for repairs. It was later in the day when my vehicle got started so it needed to be completed the next day which was as to be expected due to the work that was required to replace the part. Susie was very sweet and friendly and fully knowledgeable as well. The total cost of the repair was less than the quoted estimate and was very reasonably priced with no upsells or overcharges even though I know there were other things that potentially need to be addressed on the vehicle. I whole heartedly recommend this shop to anyone needing professional and honest service!!Service: Air conditioning

If you're looking for an honest and dedicated ma' pa' shop, this is it. I took a gamble on a shop on Google to find someone who could do my brakes, and this shop did them for me.They did honest work so I came back.I bought a newer car that was a total nightmare, got lied to left and right when the ac went out the day we pick it up from the dealership. They(the dealership I bought my car from) couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, so I took it to a few mechanic shops, spending alot of money trying to figure out the issue, we honestly thought we were SOL. Asked big johns if they could do a dash pull and check it out, after he exhausted all his options he collaborated with another shop/mechanic and found out my problem and FIXXXEEDDD It!!!!!! We were so happy seeing how it was mid summer and we have 3 kids with no AC, and was told by at least 3 shops that it was not fixable.And another note is it was the day before our honeymoon when out check engine light kicked on and I called and told them the situation and they fixed it that day.Unbelievable shop!!

Big johns is the place to take your vehicle for any need! My car broke down and they came and picked it up from my driveway! They are amazing, very professional, and Susie at the front desk is so sweet to say the least! They are VERY reasonably priced and nothing less than fantastic people!!! I brought my vehicle in to Big John’s Auto Repair today to find the causes of oil leaks.Big John advised me from his perspective, if it was his car with the amount of mileage it has, not to spend the money to get it fixed. I really appreciate his excellent and honest advice. Didn’t try to sell me a not so needed repair !!!Big John’s Garage is The Best and Honest auto repair around !!!
