I’m usually not one to leave negative reviews and I once loved B&T some years ago but moved out of Mooresville. I just recently went as my sister and I were having a day out. Probably my last day out before I deliver my baby.. I got a pedicure from Van and during my pedicure he nicked me with I believe the cuticle cutters. Now 3 days later my toe is infected and pretty painful.. the pedicure itself seemed rushed and I paid for the “special pedicure” instead of the basic one. This place used to be pretty nice, but now seems to just be below average..

The guy did my nails, and they kept breaking at the tip, and I already had them fixed once, but I have NEVER had this issues. The guy is beyond rude. Do not go here. The lady with short black hair is absolutely amazing. I appreciate the lady, but the guy he has no respect for his customers. Period. Beyond disappointed.

I have not had great experiences with this nail salon but decided to give it another try since they were open on a Sunday. I got a pedicure and other than not trimming one of my big toes as asked, the technician did a great job.

Got my nails done and literally not one day later my GEL polish started to come off…. After he told me he was putting something on the to help them last longer… also felt like we were over charged… will never go here againServices: Pedicure

It's been a LONG time since I've been in and I'm impressed with all the updates to sanitation. I've always gotten great pedicures here and am not sure why others have had bad experiences with employees as they've always been kind and professional to me. Perhaps COVID has made us all hypersensitive when it comes to customer service.

She huffed at us when we came in looking for 2 manicures & 2 pedicures.She had an appointment scheduled in 30 mins and told us she could only do 1.Very poor customer service, service was rushed & not personal able.Made us feel like we were a nuisance to her business because we did walkins.Service: Manicure

I’ve never been more upset leaving a nail salon before I pointed out that some nails weren’t straight and then when my nails were done you could see cracks in the nail itself but I cen after tell them it wasn’t right there was no offer to fix them or take money off my bill will never come here againService: Manicure

I have zero complaints! This was my first time here and they were all very welcoming saying Hello to me. As a walk in, I only had to wait about 10-15’ on a Friday afternoon. The gentleman was very nice to me and did very well at getting my gel off, shaping my nails, and giving me a new Spring color. I’ll be back! Thank you B & T!Service: Manicure
