I was having a non-urgent problem with my boat trailer and wanted a second opinion. I Googled local marine repair and Jackson Marine service was listed. I observed that EVERY review was a 5 star rating. It was mentioned, by at least one of the reviewers, that Ken Jackson was very easy to speak to on the phone & concerned and responsive to the needs of his customers. It was after business hours on the weekend so I called and left a message. Sure enough, on Monday morning, Ken called and listened to me. He advised of a gentleman named Kerry Cash who specializes in repair of trailers & explained why this was my better option. That Ken deferred the work to someone more qualified felt very re-assuring. So even though I have never formally been a Jackson Marine customer, my boat will go to Jackson Marine the next time it needs service.

On NUMEROUS occasions I have called Ken on a Sunday night, dropped the boat off to him, and he has had me back up and running by Thursday after tackling some pretty involved repairs.Ken has also talked me out of spending money on a repair that wasn't really necessary.I can't say enough great things about this business. I trust Ken and his brother so much I drive an hour one way to have my boat worked on.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Ken was upfront on pricing and times to finish. Completed winterizing our pontoon at a great price. Very honest and trustworthy business . (Hard to find that nowadays!!)
