I called to ask a question about lost and found and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Rather than answering my question, she brushed me off and hung up without further help.

Used to be really solid went into today and was extremely disappointed. There were multiple staff waltzing around the store doing whatever. However there were no open registers. Only self check out. So then they tell you to wait for them to open a lane. Sure maybe if you already had one open and you guys were super busy sure. Kinda got the if you dont like it go to Walmart kind of feel to how they said stuff. Which I really rather not go to Walmart but at least they have a lane open all the time. I'll never ever check my own groceries out and pay full price ever.

I do a lot of shopping at Kroger . The people are very friendly and helpful . They have a pharmacy and they are great as well . It's nice when they know you by name when you walk up . Also you can't hardly beat their prices on prescription medication . That being said their grocery side can be kinda expensive . But the good news is they always have great sale prices ! I hit up Kroger first and get everything I need that's on sale then finish up at Walmart . Oh , and they have a great meat department !

Tried to place an online delivery order and it gave me an error message. Called their customer service and after 10 minutes he wants to give me a “case” number to investigate further. No thanks, this was ridiculous. I ordered from Walmart earlier in the week with absolutely no problems. So disappointed
