The postal Matron must not know her job, Twice now I have paid my box rental online and twice now I have been locked out of the box I paid the rental on.Does she not know how to preform her job.I mean get on the computer that is provided to you and look for god sake. It really is that easy.

Extremely rude. I just moved to the area and stopped in to mail something...and was reminded why USPS is going down the drain and going bankrupt. I'll pay more and use UPS, thanks.
