Great response time by Jeff and getting our daughter on the road after a flat tire. She was traveling from University of Kansas back home to Cleveland and this was her first breakdown. Jeff handled it great and was a calming presence. Thank you so much Jeff!!!

My car was impounded on a Thursday night. This company had my car less than 17 hours and charged me $600. Unbelievable! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Needed a tow so I called Elite Towing. I was quoted 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Called back after two hours to check status and get an updated time to expect them only to be told they could not help me and to call another towing service. I realize things happen but they could have called me back to let me know there was an issue instead of me waiting for hours on them. I would not recommend using Elite Towing since they may leave you high and dry.
