“I ordered a pair of front rotors for my Equinox online last week. They arrived today so I went to pick them up. I was waited on by a nice young lady who brought my order out to the counter. She said they were not the rotors that I ordered because what I ordered were not a good product. As a result, she gave me a pair of better rotors at the same lower price I had paid. If that isn’t great customer service I don’t know what is. I highly recommend the Mooresville NAPA to anyone needing quality automotive parts. Thank you!”

Speedway has many locations around the Indianapolis area and the towns around. They also offer free drinks after so many purchases and that resets and starts over and I think it's after every 7 purchases but I'm not exactly sure on that number. They are located in many States which makes it easy to use their point program when traveling.”

When I first arrived, the receptionist greeted me and quickly notified Doug that I had arrived. I sat down for about 5 minutes and was then greeted by Doug who gave me a run down on how he would look at my car and then analyze prices. It took around 30 minutes but I was glad he let me know. He was very elaborate and provided me with details and did not pressure me at all to make a quick decision once he told me the price he could offer. The price we ended up with was pretty close to the Kelley Blue Book price so I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend that you work with Doug if you want to sell your car after taking a look at KBB. I really appreciated how kind and patient he was and how he thoroughly explained things to us! Also, the place itself was clean so I appreciated that. I can't say too much about the experience of buying cars but I saw that anyone who was interested in buying seemed to be heard and treated well :)”
