We’re just now getting through all of the ground beef from 2021 and we are not impressed with quality, but thankful for small businesses who do the dirty work that we don’t want to do.Times were tough during Covid for small businesses and finding quality employees is not an easy task, so based on all the other good reviews and the kindness of the owner, we’re changing our opinion and will give them another chance in the future.Careless processing and packaging. Styrofoam (why and from what?) in one pound of ground beef. And I have no idea why or what that discolored package is in the first picture but ?”
