We were heading up north on a Saturday afternoon when I ended up with a nail in my tire. It definitely wasn't going to make it to our destination. After a quick Google search, we saw this Ford dealer in Monon was open a few more hours drove over. The owner Brad said he'd look at it. Mind you, he was the only person there. Service department was closed. We drove it in the garage and he got to it, removing the tire, finding the nail, plugging, airing, and sending us on our way FREE of charge. We are so grateful to him for taking care of us. Here's clearly an owner who knows his business and didn't have any issue getting his hands dirty. Thanks again!

This dealership was a throw back, the owner gave us a little tour, we are car people, old thunderbird out back, we stopped in the look at the new Mustang, and this place is so cute! Has the feel of a old dealership, and it was neat to see!

We have purchased a vehicle here, bought tires, and received other service too. We love the family atmosphere and have always been treated well. The building does need some updates badly and the front area is a little awkward with no one out front all the time. I just give a shout and can get someone out there, although it's best just to call ahead.

Friendly, professional and courteous! Quickly diagnosed the airconditioner problem on my 2011 Escape. Part ordered, and repaired in 2 days! Highly recommend!

My wife and I highly recommend Gutwein Ford for new and pre-owned vehicles and any repair work that needs to be done. They are honest, communicate very well and keep great service front and center.

Our service experience was a disaster yesterday 6/29/22. Our Ford Maverick was due for 10000 mile service, they only changed the oil ( didn’t use synthetic as we asked). We had a slow right rear tire leak they attempted to fix and charged us $15 ( this morning tire is completely flat, see pictures). We asked them to fix trailer plug lights they said nothing was wrong, so when I got home I plugged my trailer in no left light, I hooked my car up and left trailer light works fine. I would never recommend Gutwein Motor in Monon Indiana to anyone. Avoid this dealership

We purchased a work van from Gutwein Motor in 2020 and our salesman did an excellent job. The transaction was a breeze. Two weeks ago, we called twice to inquire about a car and the salesman said he didn't know if it was on the lot, he would have someone look and call back. He never did. Called again a few days later and a different salesman said someone was test driving it. Never called to follow up with us. The car is still listed on their website. We purchased one at Dobson Ford in Winamac. They were happy to sell us a car.
