“We were heading up north on a Saturday afternoon when I ended up with a nail in my tire. It definitely wasn't going to make it to our destination. After a quick Google search, we saw this Ford dealer in Monon was open a few more hours drove over. The owner Brad said he'd look at it. Mind you, he was the only person there. Service department was closed. We drove it in the garage and he got to it, removing the tire, finding the nail, plugging, airing, and sending us on our way FREE of charge. We are so grateful to him for taking care of us. Here's clearly an owner who knows his business and didn't have any issue getting his hands dirty. Thanks again!”
