I have had a terrible few months as somehow someone acquired my credit info and has destroyed my father and my bank account. I reestablished contact with the Mitchell branch 2 or 3 days ago and was told we both had refills and "We'll get them out to you Friday" exact quote. Today is Friday I called enquired about price and time for delivery. Nope. "We are reevaluating our delivery policy and we're not delivering to you today". If you want to pay $20.00 a month now, we will bring it next week". No "we're going to charge you $20.00 for your "free" delivery today, but it's the last time" nothing like that, I guess it's OK for my 86 year old stroke victim/survivor father to go without heart, blood pressure and memory enhancers. It's OK if I don't have my Insulin, BP, breathing treatments, and the other 40 or so pills, supplements that keep me alive and have to be taken daily, so OK. That's my perspective. No good. Tell me it's not so Ryan, I was told I was getting this delivery 36/48 hours ago. No message or call to inform me whatsoever that so I could reevaluate for us. They waited until delivery day to tell me. Say I'm wrong. We've had issues in the past with blame to go around. I don't lie and I don't blame others for my errors, but this is ROTTEN. You probably think I'm over reacting, but I am actually afraid for my fathers life and my ability to care for him. Good luck if ANY issue comes up that's even slightly inconvenient for the staff/owner, just good luck.

I'm revising my review. I had what I felt was a negative experience on my first visit and wrote a review about it. The owner took the time to respond to my review. He apologized and explained his side of the situation. I appreciate that very much and will visit again sometime.

Pharmacy will text and say prescription is ready and when I arrive and it’s some random as needed prescription medication. Not my routine diabetic meds. When asked about picking that up, too, they were out! Just have to come back Monday they say (this is a Saturday). They can’t seem to get auto refill correct.

Such nice people! Ryan is a great young man. Went here for my Covid shot and was really impressed with just how friendly and helpful everyone was. Will be moving my prescription service from CVS to Engleking Rx!

I had a prescription that was filled yesterday, but the next day (on a Saturday) I called to give them updates on a new insurance card. They put me on hold, then said to come back because I was going to receive cash back from the prior transaction! I was totally blown away from the professional experience! Folks, stop going to CVS or anywhere else and go to Engleking! It's 10 stars out of 10 stars!!!!! Friendly, clean, prompt.......Enough said!!!!
