The way their system is is awful you can't even talk to anyone you have to leave a message then they call you back if an when they do call back it's a ridiculous thing they put in an should be removed to where you can at least talk to someone.

We had the OTC card and had gotten the wrong brand of Tylenol. We realized it and took it right back and they let us exchange it for the right one. They were very nice and helpful to the older folks. Thanks CVS.

The pharmacy techs are wonderful! Shout out to Brandy! She's always been so kind and helpful! I drive to Mitchell from Bedford for my scripts bc of how awful Bedford CVS has treated me in the past. And I live only 1.6 miles from the store! Mitchell pharmacy has been a godsend!

No caffeine zero sugar drink selection has dwindled. Front door is dangerous. Still found a few treats and is a pleasant atmosphere.

Definitely don’t order pictures at this location. Ordered pictures ahead of time 8am. Got a confirmation at 907am. Went to pick up at 2p before party. Pictures were gift with frame. Pictures not ready and no order even in the system under the order they gave me confirming they were printed. Showing up late to party empty handed ??????

My spouse and i went on a quest to find the nearest site for a covid19 bivalent booster. We wound up in Mitchell and they had both vaccines. Once we signed up the checkin software guided us through the process. The pharmacist was great and cheerful and helpful. If you need a vaccine that is hard to find or you reside in Mitchell check them out.
